Hello Meadowbrook team! I am Jesus Arizmendi, the counselor at Meadowbrook Elementary. I am entering my fourth year as a school counselor. Before moving into counseling, I taught 5th grade math and science for five years. I grew up in the Polytechnic Heights neighborhood of Fort Worth, and I attended FWISD schools. I earned my MS in School Counseling at Texas Wesleyan University, where I developed a counseling philosophy that is solution-oriented and that is centered around the belief that healthy relationships are the key to wellness and success. To that end, I will do my best to promote the wellbeing and success of students and staff at Meadowbrook.
